We advise customers set financial limits on their account upon opening.
You may only deposit funds into your betting account from a payment source where you are a named account holder and you confirm that any payment information you submit to us is correct, and that you are an authorised signatory of the bank account.
Financial Limits
We offer two types of financial limit: a net deposit limit, which takes account of deposits minus withdrawals during that period and a deposit limit, which caps the total amount deposited during the selected period.
Limits can be set on your account at any time. The minimum amounts that can be set are £10 Daily, £20 Weekly and £50 Monthly. Details of how to set up limits can be found in My Account section under Gambling Controls. Any request to increase a deposit limit will take 24 hours to be applied.
Daily limits reset at 00:00 each day.
Weekly limits reset every Monday at 00:00.
Monthly limits reset on the first of the month at 00:00.
Please note, our weekly and monthly deposit limits are not 30-day rolling.
Net deposit limit
If you withdraw more than your pre-set limit, you will be able to deposit again, up to your limit, within the time period. For example, a monthly limit is set to £500. You deposit £300 during the month, you withdraw £400; you are still able to deposit another £600 within that month.
Deposit limit
This is based strictly on deposits and the pre-set limit. For example, a monthly limit is set to £500. You deposit £300 during the month, you withdraw £400, you still only have £200 left to deposit for the rest of the month.

Making a Deposit
Log in with your account ID and password.
Select the bank and the amount you wish to deposit.
You will be redirected to your bank, via a QR code, or you can continue in your browser, to authorise the payment.
Please follow the on-screen instructions to compete your payment. Once completed, your balance will automatically be updated.
The minimum deposit is £10 and the maximum number of deposits per day is 10.
If you have reached any set deposit limit, you will not be able to deposit any further funds into your account. Pop-up messages inform you of the deposit amount remaining on the account.
Please do not send any payments to us by bank transfer as these will not be added to your account – all deposits and withdrawals must be processed through the above link.
Withdrawing your Funds
You will be asked to add a bank account the first time you withdraw.
The maximum number of withdrawals is 3 per day and the minimum withdrawal amount is £10 per transaction.
When a withdrawal has been requested, funds are immediately removed from your Greatbet account.
Withdrawals are usually processed the same day or the following morning, depending on the time of the withdrawal request. Any withdrawal request made after 4pm on Friday will be in customer’s bank accounts by 10am on Monday. On Bank Holiday weekends, funds will be received Tuesday morning.
